Are you afraid of dipping in the pool with your shirt off? Do you avoid places where you need to take off your shirt and show your body? I think I know what your problem is. You are either bothered by showing your beer belly or your man boobs? So which one is it? Basically, there are two kinds of moobs conditions – gynecomastia and pseudogynecomastia. In the first kind, you are advised to take hormonal treatments to balance your hormones. Why? The reason for this is that the moobs are caused by excessive amounts of estrogen. The result of this is excess tissue in your chest that causes them to protrude. If you have pseudogynecomastia, you are a lucky dude as you won’t need any treatments. All you need is to eat healthy meals and do moobs exercises. These exercises are:

  • Cardiovascular exercises – these exercises help you reduce your fat percentage by burning them. These exercises can help you lose weight and maintain your heart’s health. You can choose from cardio activities such as jogging, running, walking, rowing, and playing sports. Choose one and do your activity for 30 minutes. If your body is accustomed to your cardio exercise, pick a more challenging activity to do. Change your activity if your stamina level increases.
  • Strength training – strength training focuses on building and defining your upper body. If you are still a newbie, you can ask a personal trainer’s help for a fee I suggest doing these exercises alternately to let your muscles relax and recover from the strenuous training. Some exercises you should do are incline flyes, bench press, chest press, and pushups. Aside from the mentioned exercises, you can also do bent over rowing with barbell, lateral machine pull-downs, pull-ups on a chinning bar, and seated rowing to tone your back. Dumbbell raises and upright rowing are good for your shoulders. Some curls, presses, and triceps extensions are great for your arms while bench press, barbell press, and dumbbell flies work well for your chest.

The fastest way to get rid of your moobs is to undergo surgical operation. However, this cost too much so just stick to what your budget allows which is your exercise program. Apart from doing the exercises, also watch your diet. Adjust your food consumption to prevent gaining more weight. Stay away from fatty and oily foods. Invest in fruits, vegetables, and lean cuts of poultry. Burn more than you eat and avoid alcohol consumption. This will only ruin your diet plan so steer clear from alcohol. The most important thing is that you stick to your diet and exercise plan. Your self-discipline and restraint will help you stay away from moobs.
