  • Cardio workout – this workout is intended to lose weight. You can walk, run, jog, row, use elliptical machines, or do sports. Cardio exercises help you lose weight while strengthening your heart. This way, you can shed excess fat while keeping yourself from heart problems due to obesity.
  • Strength training - or targeted exercises help you tone your upper body so you can get rid of your moobs. With these exercises, you can turn your fat into muscles by sculpting your chest, and defining your shoulders and back. Chest and bench press, cable crossovers, incline flyes, and push ups are the recommended exercise for this set.

Regular exercise combined with healthy diet will surely help you to lose the moobs. Yes, I know this is such a painstaking process but rest assured that you will get the body you want if you just stick to your program.
