·         From now onwards, you should choose the foods you are going to eat.  Eat only fresh fruits and vegetables, and lean cuts of meat.  Prepare a diet plan that involves nutritious foods so you are ensured that you are consuming only the healthy foods.

·         It is impossible to lose fat in just one area of your body (specifically your chest).  In order to lose weight, you need to exercise so that you can shed off overall excess fat.  This what makes cardio workout important.  It helps you strengthen your heart’s health while reducing your weight.  Examples of this workout are jogging, running, walking, and sports.

·         After losing weight, the next thing you should do is to define your upper body.  Target your chest, back, and shoulders so you will turn your fat to muscles.  You can do incline flyes, bench press, chest press, and pushups to tone your muscles.  Just remember to do the targeted exercises on alternate days so your muscles have a chance to recover and heal.
